There's nothing better than sitting down with a thick novel, staring at a blank screen and trying to think of something. But in fact, once you're writing from scenic things, these items are so raw and therefore perplexing, they surely have to be touched . They need to be translated and felt deeply and known. It requires a whole lot of creativity and ingenuity and a willingness to take a risk and explore new areas. And yet, the reward is that you can become a great deal more elastic as a writer and a human being. When you start to see items from picturesque perspectives, you'll open up your mind to all kinds of wonderful possibilities.
